I recently had the pleasure of working with Jack, and The Shutter Works to have made to measure interior shutters installed in my Home. I was incredibly impressed with the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation. Jack was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The shutters themselves are absolutely beautiful. They are made from high quality materials and they are incredibly well crafted. They also fit perfectly in my windows (see pic). Highly recommend Jack and his team! Our shutters are superb! Jack arrived with samples and discussed different options with us depending on our room type. This was really helpful in making our decision and I must say our rooms just feel so much brighter! We went for ones that could close 3/4 and have the top 1/4 open for some natural light while also providing us with privacy. Superb service from start to finish by Jack. Provided a consultation to begin with and showed me a number of options, both for plantation shutters and blinds. Found Shutterworks to offer an excellent service from start to finish.

Jack was very friendly and professional during measuring and showcased a range of Shutter options, all of which were fantastic.

Jack was responsive on communications throughout, keeping us up to date with the supply chain and developments on that front.

Final fit was hassle free and to an excellent standard with the finish immaculate in every way. Our bay window was particularly tricky given the size shape and levelling but all of this was expertly handled by the team.

After sales service also excellent with Jack popping round at short notice to fix one of the beams which had popped out of the framework.

Overall a very good product for a very good price, fulfilled by a brilliant team who make the whole process easy for the customer. Would highly recommend.

Jack has been very helpful with our new shutters. Diligent and knowledgeable during our initial meeting, he put us at ease and helped us choose the right colour and type. Cannot recommend The Shutter Works highly enough. From start to finish, a professional and helpful approach, putting us at ease that we were in the hands of true experts. Blinds are an investment and we absolutely made the best choice in who guided, supplied and fitted ours for us. Not only that but living in an old Victorian property with less than perfect walls, Jack was able to fit the blinds overcoming these obstacles perfectly, going above and beyond
